Kia and I watched a shocking documentary last night called "Overnight." Shocking because of the main character, a man so poisonous in his relations with other people that he alienates all of his friends and business partners and sabotages a multitude of opportunities.

It made me appreciate the way Spesh and I do business ... do the contract up front so expectations are clear ... try to treat people fairly. Don't those things sound obvious?
