Remix of Momu "Window", what's happening with Loöq

Spesh and I have a new remix out in the world, with an 80's electro-funky feel, currently only available on Beatport but should be rolling out to iTunes soon. I've enjoyed playing this one at Qoöl, as well as the other mixes on the EP. We've clawed our way onto the Beatport Electronica Top 100 ... it's always nice to know a few other people are enjoying one's efforts as well.

Next up on Loöq is the new Momu album "Momentum," which we've been gearing up for, and have four additional singles planned. This has just recently gone out to press/reviewers. There's a free download of one of the original mixes on the Momu site if you want to grab that.

We've got two music videos in the works, one for Silencefiction's "Lipstique," which will feature SF's most famous trannies, and one for "Window," both produced by Kia Simon who created "The Dive" (which you can check out on her site www.sneakylittlesister.com).

Kia, as well as being a music video director, is also my wife, and we have a 7 month old girl Tesla Rose.

As you can imagine this (having a baby) has cut into our available free time, but apparently not our creative ambitions. Time lines and delivery dates are suffering, but thankfully Kia and I both still feel hungry to create and produce, as we did before we were parents. This is a relief ... I'm not sure what else I would do with myself. I once suggested to Spesh that I thought I would be good at working in a bank, because I like to count money. He agreed that I would be good at working at a bank for about half an hour, after which point I would go insane and possibly homicidal from boredom.
