Feb. Loöq Radio goes out on Proton tomorrow, and the podcast is already out there. Thanks to Fraser for the continued help with the podcast! Someone asked about the XML feed ... here they are if you want them.
"Poocast" = our Total Poo show. Yes we still only have four episodes. Miserable. We have another one almost ready to go, but a big project just came up that's going to bump that one out even further. We've been asked to do a mega-boss track for a popular Japanese gaming company. Tons of ideas - can't wait to get in the studio with Spesh to work on that one.
On the label front:
"Lipstique featuring Fauxnique" video continues to get lots of views and positive comments on YouTube. Check it out in HD.
Next up (for March release) are two new tracks from Slow Poke (myself and Kevin Knapp). Fog Man/Frog Man EP. Frog Man especially breaks some new ground. It energizes the dancefloor about 50% of the time (and pretty much clears it out the other 50%). Fog Man is much smoother and less controversial.
Also excited about an extended EP we're working on with Methodrone (DJ Kramer and Scott Gockerman). Great ambient/chill music ... we'll be doing a few projects like that this year.
These are tough economic times (lots of friends getting laid off - ouch) but also good times to try new things and experiment. Not really an original pearl of wisdom, I realize, but it's what's making running a business still enjoyable, despite the lower numbers.
I turned off comments because of the bots. Got to get a captcha-thingy worked out, then we'll turn them back on.
